joined Forever Living Products Kenya in August 2013 and immediately started
attending the different trainings as instructed by my up-line (the person who
referred you is referred to as up-line). There are business opportunity
trainings, product review trainings and trainings for new distributors offered on
a regular basis.
The first step of my sales effort was to my
immediate friends, family and colleagues. I was surely enthralled by the
products that what I thought I was doing was simply recommending awesome
products.

Buy a Domain and Hosting for your FLP Business
It
is easy to buy your own hosting and domain from a reliable web hosting company
such as ipage. Alternatively, you can look for a web developer to create and
host your site.
If you choose to host and build your own site, you will need to use a CMS application such as wordpress, joomla or drupal in order to create your own content.
Wordpress is highly recommended due to ease of use and availability of different themes and plugins to optimize your site.
Buy Domain Name and Use Free Hosting
You
can buy a domain at around $10 and get free hosting for you site. However, it
is important to remember that you do not own your free hosting.
Your site could
go down or disappear at any time. You will not enjoy the extra features such as
offline backup or free domain names.
However,
if all you can afford is $10, then free hosting could work for you.Get a cheap domain name from namecheap, pip domains or godaddy (all under $12)
Get a Free site from Weebly or Blogger
If you are struggling with cash, you could get a free website (such as this one) from wealthy affiliate to launch your online presence. You will choose your domain name but it will be hosted under the extension given by the service provider.
There
are other free website providers such as weebly, wix or webs but I do not
recommend them for beginners. The wealthy affiliate sites use wordpress and
come with pre-installed plugins to help with SEO work.
If
you use weebly you find that you will require some advanced knowledge if your
site is to be indexed by search engines. This should be taken as a last option
if you cannot afford to host your own website.
How to grow your Forever living Business Online:
Once
you create your blog or website, make sure there is human readable content on
it that can be helpful to buyers and non-buyers. Someone may read your article
because they are fascinated and when they need the products they will remember
your article talking about the product.
It
is important to maintain a social presence on the major sites such as facebook,
youtube, my space, google plus, pinterest and twitter.
Always look for new stuff to update on the social media pages and make sure it is relevant to your chosen niche. For instance if you choose to focus on weight loss, you could give weekly tips on losing weight.
